Place meat in bowl. Mix teriyaki sauce, wine, worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt. Pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Drain meat, reserving marinade.
Prepare pineapple, cut into wedges.
On four skewers thread meat alternately with green pepper, pineapple, and onion.
Grill for 8 minutes, baste with marinade. Turn, and then grill 8 more minutes. Brush with remaining marinade and serve.
1 lb stew meat -- cut into 1 inch chunks
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup dry red wine
1 tbls. worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 small pineapple or canned slices
1 large green pepper -- cut into 1 inch pieces
1 large onion -- cut into 1 inch pieces
