Wash the chicken

Cut the skin 3/4 up and remove down to the bone & Discard

Marinade, brine or spice for 24 H before (optional)

Add spices or rub - get it under the skin, then coat the top

Coat & press pepper on bacon 

Start at the bone & wrap while streching the bacon around

Set up your grill for inderict cooking at Med heat 300*-350*

Add a little smoke if you want - using any method 

Get the lolly pops on the BBQ standing bone up & spaced a part

Shut the lid with no need to flip or turn them = Easy

Cooking times depend on the size of the chicken - 160* Int temp

Usally 40 - 50 Min cooking

10 Min before it's done add your sweet & sticky sauce

That's it - Bacon wrapped chicken with a handle

This is great as a finger food snack when people are over

Bacon - normal packs have 20 - 25 slices
BBQ Sauce - Sweet & Sticky - any type you like
Rub or Spices - with the flavors you like for chicken
