Mix all the ingredients and marinate 2 lbs. of baby back ribs in the mixture for at least 2 hours. Grill or smoke ribs until at least 165 internal temp.
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons concentrated orange juice
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon fresh ginger root -- minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine
