Grilled Salmon with Soy Sauce Marinade

Whisk all of the ingredients in a bowl together.
Place the salmon fillets into the wet mixture, and cover it with plastic wrap.
Place the plastic wrap covered bowl into the fridge and let the salmon marinate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Lightly grease the grill grates with vegetable oil.
Place the marinated salmon onto the grill, and cook for approximately 6-8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.


2 pounds Salmon Filet
1/3 cups Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Grated Ginger 
1 teaspoon Crushed Garlic 
1/3 cup Water 
1/3 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Black Pepper
