Cut the brats in one inch pieces, enough to put 4 pieces on each kabob, cut bell peppers in wedges, cut the onion in wedges, leave mushrooms whole use the pineapple chunks, saving the juice.
Put all ingredients in shallow pan and pour the remaining pineapple juice over them. Let soak for 30 minutes.
Arrange items on skewers, grill on medium hot grill until hot .
2 package Brats, (Johnsonville Brats of course)
Bell Peppers, assorted colors
1 package small whole mushrooms
1 sweet onion
1 small can of pineapple chunks
NOTE- if using wooden skewers remember to soak them in water first to prevent burning
