Boil enough potatoes (preferably red potatoes) to make 4 cups. Refrigerate until cool.
Cut potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.
Mix remaining ingredients. Add mixture to potatoes. Blend gently - try to not break up potato pieces. Add salt and or pepper to taste.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
4 hard boiled eggs -- chopped
1 large onion -- finely chopped
4 tablespoons sweet gherkins -- finely chopped
1/2 cup dill pickles -- finely chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon parsley -- minced
2 packages Equal sweetener
1 teaspoon ground celery seed
salt and pepper
