CrownBBQ easy and fun smoked brisket

Combine rub ingredients and apply the paste all over brisket. Place brisket in smoker for 7 hours. Maybe longer according to Brisket size Keep the smoker temperature at about 240 degrees.


•3 tablespoons brown sugar 
•1 tablespoons cayenne 
•2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 
•1 tablespoon paprika 
•1 tablespoon salt
•1 tablespoon onion powder
•1 tablespoon black pepper
•1 teaspoon powdered cumin 
•2 cloves garlic crushed
