Crush peppercorns coarsely with a rolling pin. Mix Steak sauce, mustard, brown sugar and salt. Marinate overnight or until ready to cook.
Grill as usual, Reserve some of the unused marinade to use as a baste.

4 teaspoons whole peppercorns
1/2 cup bottled steak sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
