simmer all for 15, 20 minutes, DON'T BOIL! Stir constantly.
Use about 1/2, 3/4 cup per butt. You don't want to over-power the meat--just give it a hint of additional flavor.

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup cheap yellow mustard (French's, etc.)
4 tablespoons brown sugar
4 tablespoons salt
4 tablespoons crushed red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons black pepper (coarsely ground)
