  1. Mix dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl 
  2. Coat legs with olive oil
  3. Rub the seasoning mix to fully coat the outside of the legs.
  4. Smoke 2 to 3 hours or until legs are at 165 to 170 internal


  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
