Slice the steak into bite sized pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper or your favorite (CrownBBQ) Seasonings. Alternate steak and vegetable pieces on skewer with each just barely touching. Don't cram them all together.
Place skewers over medium heat and cook for 10 to 12 minutes on each side or until internal temp on meat reaches 145F (a little higher for more well done)
1 Large Sirloin Steak
4 bell peppers seeded and quartered (I prefer to mix the colors)
4 onions, quartered
1/4 cup melted butter
salt and pepper
Note--If using wooden skewers soak them in water for 10 or 15 minutes before using so skewers don't burn
