Cut spare ribs into serving-size pieces. Place ribs, bone side down in smoker. Slow cook at 240 degrees F for 4 hours. Combine all the remaining ingredients in a bowl; brush some of glaze on ribs. Cook 30-45 minutes longer or until meat is tender, brush before removing with remaining glaze if you want wetter ribs.
