1. Remove membrane from back side of the ribs
2. Combine all ingredients (except ribs) and mix well.
3. Coat both sides of the ribs in the rub mixture and wrap in foil or plastic wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours.
4. Place the ribs in the smoker meat side up and keep the smoker at 245 degrees for aprox. 3 hrs or until they are the color you prefer. Wrap the ribs in heavy duty foil and smoke for 1.5 more hrs. Internal temp should be 180 to 190f

1 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup paprika
2 Tbs Salt
2 Tbs Onion Powder
2 Tbs Garlic Powder
2 Tbs Course Ground Pepper
Red Pepper (to taste)
