In a sauce pan combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Let marinate cool. Marinate ribs for 6 to 24 hours, the longer the better.
Take ribs out of marinate and BBQ your favorite way.
1 slab pork spareribs
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup bourbon
1/4 cup soy sauce
juice of one lemon
1/2 cup beer
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon coarse ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic juice
