1. In a medium bowl whisk together the ingredients until all incorporated.
I use this on chicken or on pork tenderloin. It can be used with grilled or smoked foods or when prepared in the oven. On occasion I also may add a little horseradish for an old-school Vegas steakhouse vibe. Viva Las Vegas!
• 1/2 cup sugar-free apricot preserves (so the sugar doesn’t burn)
• 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
