CrownBBQ Easy to make Beer Can Burgers

  1. Mix and season meat. Form into four round balls.
  2. Press a full can of beer into the center of each ball tform a cup (hint- a cold can will pull out of the meat easier)
  3. Add cheese,onion and bell pepper inside meat and wrap with bacon strips
  4. Grill over medium heat about an hour or until meat is done and bacon is crisp (meat is done at 165 internal)
  5. Serve on buns or right on the plate. 


  • 2 lbs Ground Beef 
  • 2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste
  • Your favorite rub (we use CrownBBQ Original Rub)
  • 8 slices Bacon 
  • shredded chedder cheese (or any type cheese you prefer)
  • Half Onion (diced)
  • Half Bell Pepper (diced)
  • PREP 30 min
  • COOK 1 h
  • READY IN 1 h 30 min
