Directions

 

  1. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper into a baggie or pan, be sure to crush the garlic cloves
  2. Marinate at least six hours, overnight if possible
  3. Smoke for aproximatly 2 hours at 240 F , Or until reaching 145 F internal temp
  4. Let rest and slice

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
